Bewertung vom 11.12.2014 für Dorint Park Hotel Bremen
Kundenmeinung: My family and I are longstanding visitors to this hotel (ca 40 years), indeed my husband and I got married here. The serving of breakfast has deteriorated since the Dorint take-over. Last Sunday at about 9.45 the place was overcrowded, there was no one at the entrance to the breakfast room, but I was directed to the Terrasse by one waitress where there were some free tables though with used dishes on them. The young lady in charge then told me in no uncertain terms that I was to wait in the queue to be shown a table, and when I tried to defend myself by referring to the other instructions I had received, she said her colleague obviously didn't know, that she was in charge, and the free tables were reserved. I accept that all this may have been the case, but (1) the system should allow for house guests to have their breakfast - some reserved tables seemed to be for people from outside - , and (2) such overcrowding should be avoided so that staff can do their work without getting so flustered that they treat guests impolitely!
